California State Fair: Cheese Edition!
If you’ve followed us for any amount of time, you’ll know that we’re fans of good cheese to go along with our good beer. With that in mind we thought we’d take a brief departure from beer to highlight some of the big winners from this year’s California State Fair Cheese Competition. Our hope, of course, is that you’ll be inspired to find some of these cheeses and then go out and find the perfect beer pairing for each – how’s that for a homework assignment?
